15 years-oy!

Upon learning that our anniversary had not been celebrated in many years,Sarah went into action! All of this was planned and executed by our own little cupid!A beautifully set table..the menu was wonderful...Lasagna,salad hot bread and wine. Cake for dessert and for the finale'...a favorite movie of ours..McLintock!

Looks Like i did it!!!

After much planning Juggling Jeff arrived and Entertained 10 children with amazing feats of juggling everything from bowling pins to scarves..also producing A birthday banner from a bag to a kid with a silly hat!Joe had a great time with his friends and a terrific birthday cake!

I am having much trouble posting pictures ( which I suspect are too large?) and having my posts disappear once I have managed to do something that I am happy with..hang in there with me as I consult Kate and Jess on this matter. Happy winter to all!

Okay ,so it's been six month since I have posted...many things have happened in our family..wow...I now have a wonderful camera..."thank you Jess"...and I will be putting up pictures and stories soon..so stay tuned and you'll have lots to enjoy in just a few days.

It's a hot time here with the heat index reaching 115* in Lees' Summit...but we don't care! Kerri and Sarah have their own "CLUB WET" as we call it and they and their friends are staying as cool as cucumbers! ( splash away ladies Just one month 'til school starts!)

Here they are...best friends since they were 5 years olds. Celebrating Alyssas 10th birthday ...a milestone! No more single digits. Make overs at Libby Lu's ,with complimentary Tiara's---followed by lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. What will they think of next?

Sunny days are here again!

Well Heres my newest grandbaby! Long awaited and very planned for! Lucky me...I am soon going to sunny florida to romp and play with him. He has already grown by leaps and bounds,so i must see him before he is bigger than I am!!!! I'm such a lucky mom to have a son and daughter fly me out to see them..I may die from happiness!

Today was great sunday...after a morning of oh so wonderful praise and worship we were off to the house of Uncle Mike and Missy to have an afternoon of looking at old family pictures...Mike put out a spread that should very soon be spreading across my ..ohhhhh... well we'll not talk about that...you know how wonderful his "chef-ery" is!

So I think I may have figured this picture thin out.

Here I am the potato junk mom trying to be modern and computer savy but have no idea what I am doing..I DO however have much much fun reading Kansas Kates blogs and The blogs of the A-team since you sweet people belong not only to God but to me too!I am currently working at a very posh community center by the name of Legacy Park right here in sometimes suny Lees Summit,Mo. This is a good way to get free things...like pool passes! I am trying to squirm my way into the hearts of these people and wind up with a full time PAYING job so wish me luck!
